test swab procedures, and analytical techniques used,
testing method selection criteria,
all locations of test swabs and reasoning for locations and numbers of samples,
all results of analytical testing,
a complete explanation of findings, and
a written guarantee that no Perchloric Acid crystals exist in any of the hoods and ducting to be dismantled along with complete indemnification of ORC and their consultant in the event any mishap should occur as a result of the existence of Perchloric Acid crystals.
